Physical activity after breast plastic surgery?
I was reading an article about breast, implants and a girl etc. had said that after a procedure that can not perform physical activity for 8 months.I think you can not physically active for a month or so.So, really, how long to wait before someone in the gym again? Depends on the patient or there is a certain period of time during which the exercise should be avoided? Thanks!
It really depends on the type of surgery and what your doctor recommends. Once again, what kind of exercises that most of the type (in chest cut, or cut the nipple) and how it is recovering from surgery. If you are having this done, be sure to write all these questions to your doctor.
