help with Breast Implants?
I'm thinking of getting a transplant round but I do not know weather to get salt water or silicone .. you advise? I get turned around because if transplanted or moved it will unnoticed because they are symmetric. I also want them to look quite natural but I thinlk they will anyway because I just wanted a small expansion. any advice or information what you're thinking about or what have you got to be good …
Transplant surgery (who have 'cut tears') provides give a better cosmetic result, and if done properly, should not rotate. They natural-looking than the round implants, but more difficult to "get right '. Silicone cosmetics offer a far higher level results (since saline implants ripple). They also feel more natural, as a cohesive gel pattern around touch, rather than implanted saltwater transplants but simply protruding on the opposite side like a water balloon. In U.S., silicone implants only licensed for renewable cancer surgery, and not cosmetics (default although my information may now be out-of-date), so you can not have a choice. In the UK, I use silicone implants because they are, simply, much better
