Saline or silicone?
I opted for a breast Augmentation before this year is to have do. Has anyone ever had an increased Breast Implants? If yes, then you choose and why? Silicone Saline, Memory Gel, etc..
I am a mammographer, and they said seemed wise, silicone was better. I do not agree with that anyway. Since silicone is now back on market, the majority of transplants I see is salt water. Too me, I do not see differences. The most important thing is not to get implants too large, if you do that, the implant will look clear.
