What is the correct Breast Implant office etiquette when you are planning on?
I will have Breast Implant surgery this month, and I am curious to how appropriate way to solve it in what office. I work for a small (11 people) and it's pretty close. Obviously, it will be noticed after I had transplant-(although I am getting a small-ish ones, so not TOO noticeable) because So I need to be honest with people? If not, what I say to all when I leave everyone to 'have surgery? I just told us that is a small operation, and nothing more? I'm not embarrassed or uncomfortable with talk about it, but I just want to make sure it's done appropriately. Help help! Oh, and Happy New Year!

girl, you're beautiful the way you are. not do it for real anyone else, and not even do it for yourself. you will regret it when things they go fill it with leakage of blood through your system. you need to work inside first before you start messing with the outside world.
