I have very much sympathy for you as I have fibromyalgia myself this. Some women with breast implants have experienced disease and other disorders: rheumatoid lupus, arthritis, polymyositis, dermatomyositis, progressive system sclerosis or scleroderma, fibromyalgia and Assembly chronic fatigue. Some women with breast implants had experienced disease or disorders listed above, as well as a variety of signs and symptoms may be related to the immune system or connective tissue of the body. However, the signs and symptoms are not regarded as a disease is determined or disorder. Signs and symptoms include pain and joint swelling, pain, redness or swelling of the skin, swollen glands or lymph nodes, or not explained was unusual fatigue, swelling of the hands and feet, excessive hair loss, problems threads of memory, headaches, and muscle weakness or burning. Some doctors and women have thought that the signs and symptoms as part of a new disease related to silicone and disease called "human adjuvant disease", "Silicone related syndrome," "atypical disease," or other names. IOM Report (Silicone Breast Implants safe and Institute of Medicine National Academy Press, Washington, DC in 2000 .. (IOM Report). Also available through IOM website at www.iom.edu. ) Regulations "The diagnostic status This may depend on the presence of some non-specific symptoms and are common in the general population. So there seems not to be, even with evidence suggests a novel [new syndrome] in women with breast implants "So., It is not clear at this time whether the signs and symptoms evidence of experience by the women related to their implants. In some cases, women reported fewer symptoms after implant was removed. In In other cases, no change in the signs and symptoms after transplant removed. With transplants are used increasingly in a variety of silicone implants, now rare occurrence of human adjuvant disease may become increasingly common. research suggests that some women with silicone gel-filled breast implants produced antibodies to their own collagen (a connective tissue protein), but we do not know how antibodies usually occurs in the general population, and no data indicate that the antibody cause CTDs and related disorders. There are reports of women who implanted a series of antibodies. (Antibodies are antibodies in your body inadvertently that target your own tissue, however.), the presence of this antibody means that a woman can actually increase the risk of developing a disorder or Red Cross related disorders. When considered together, these studies indicate that the risk of developing a Red Cross typical or regulations or related disorders due to a lower breast implants. However, these studies were not large enough to solve the problem whether or not breast implants increase the risk of CTDs or slightly related disorders. Researchers have studied a large group of women without breast implants of similar age, health, and social status and who are followed for a long time (Eg 1-20 years) before a relationship between breast implants and these diseases can be Comment was made. There have been reports of women with fibromyalgia After Breast Implants, and a preliminary study conducted by the FDA (Brown, BI et al.'s assn SBI rupture and Rheumatol. Clin. 2002; four (4), 293-298.) found an association between fibromyalgia self reported and diagnosed by MRI extracapsular break. However, this association has not been repeated repeated in a similar study based on a large group of Danish side Women (Holmich, et al, and self-reported. symptoms of disease status breaks out of Danish women Circuits are selected with cosmetic silicone breast implants Recon. Plast Surg. 2003; 111 (2) :723-732.) The IOM report reports indicate that breast cancer is not more common in women with implants breast than those without breast implants. While not the conclusion, cancer rates have are reported to be slightly higher for some types of cancer. Cancer rates were higher in more than a study of lung and vulva. Because cancer may be related to other factors not considered in these studies (such such as smoking), these studies are not concluded. More information about cancer and breast implants are available at the National Cancer Institute website: http://www.nci.nih.gov/newscenter/silicone-othercancers * * Http: / / www.nci.nih.gov / newscenter / silicone-mortality * http://www.nci.nih.gov/newscenter/siliconebreast in 1964 .. Because, more than 30 cases has been described to develop connective tissue disease in patients who had undergone through plastic surgery using the implantations of paraffin, silicone or petroleum processing. Most of these reports came from Japan (1) when the implants were crude. More recently, four cases have been reported from Australia (2) after mammoplasty with increased the gel-filled silicone elastomer envelope-prostheses. Silicone can also provoke a response autoimmunity by conversion to silica, a substance known to profoundly influence the immune system and is associated with increased Systemic sclerosis rate of progress.
