Before I discovered that I had breast cancer I was expected to operated on my right eye for cataract. I had my chemo completion of all radiation therapy and after a year. Should I go with it? I have a Female 74 years old you had it for over 20 years and she said it does not bother her. What is the side effects after a operation.What is what should be avoided with the care of transplant compound lens? I am very scared.By way, I'm a duabetic too.
Duabetic Hi, It is indeed a simple operation. I had a done a few years ago.The only after care I had to do was blindfolded for 24 hours and not getting new glasses for six weeks, until when the swelling went down. These six weeks have been hard as I could not read much .. It does not bother me at all Good luck.
