Her boyfriend went with her and the first surgeon has spoken almost entirely with the boyfriend and virtually ignored it. She was not impressed by his attitude at all and has not listened to his concerns (she wanted an improvement but also had some work to do but her breasts are not the same size). When she went to the second, she knew it was that she wanted. He listened, he explained, and she felt very comfortable with its ability and how it interacts with itself and its concerns to be "balanced" when everything has been done.
