my friend just put on some and they look good … to implants Saline look as good. What is the difference between silicone and saline and silicone implants are still dangerous?
Hello, gel of silicone implants have a gain of been released by the FDA for cosmetic rising (with restrictions) in the U.S. last year. They are not dangerous itself, but have more risk than saline-filled implants in which tend to harden over time.
