How soon can i exercise After Breast Augmentation?
I have increased Breast Surgery this week and I'm a little nervous about the time recovery, returning to work and being able to exercise again. Does anyone have any comment?
If your surgery is over muscle pectoral or right under the skin, the recovery time is faster. Pain and swelling subsides in a shorter time. My PS advises patients to rest for a week before returning to work for all types of breast Augmentation surgery. If the implant is submuscular or below the muscle, the more painful and the recovery will take longer because the chest muscles and tissue are cut and stretched while a pocket for the implant is carried out. My PS advocate for all the precautionary measures. Better safe than sorry. Effort you can only lead to complications or delayed recovery. Turning to financial recovery will depend on of each individual – some 2-3 months but no heavy lifting. I know it's terrible! It is advisable to leave all the chest exercises 3 to 4 weeks before surgery accelerate healing and reduce the pain of recovery. You have spent much time and money for Breast Implants, and you do not want to jeopardize the recovery or the appearance of their new breasts. It is only once in your life! Take care and good luck!
